TAST Week 15 Oyster Stitch

The last two weeks of TAST have really been a challenge. I was beginning to wonder what I was doing.

The Oyster Stitch has helped me regain my confidence once more.

I have added it as flowers over the knotted creten stitch. The thread is from Edmar, a varigated Lola.

It still needs a few things added, such as leaves or small beads. I won't be doing this just yet. I am trying to leave this block to follow along each week of TAST.

I am glad that Sharon picked an easier stitch this week!! How about everyone else?

Hi Renea, Your oyster stitch looks nice, did we have a deal? both using Edmer lola for the buds :))
I didn't find it easy at all, but the bonnet stitch went easy with me. have a new look at the stitch dictionary at Sharon's and try again;)

Renea, your oyster stitches are great! I'll have to work some in a thicker thread. The last time I tried it, I think my thread was too thin.
