Quilt Block
Last Monday a group of ladies got together with sewing machines to learn how to do triangles. We were given the pattern for a table runner that described what to bring with us. Lunch too.
The scale was quite broad as far as experience. There was a lot of chatter and everyone helping everyone. It took us the better part of the day to cut out the blocks, then sew one block together.
The block is called the Friendship Star. I came home set up my machine and immediately completed the last two blocks needed for the project. I couldn't wait to add the triangles to the block to see how my color choices went together.
Can't wait to see what we do next time!
